Haunt

In a desperate bid to get my "phojo" flowing again we went on a road trip today....honestly, I take my family to all the poshest places...
This is taken at the old abandoned freezing works at Patea so brace yourselves - I managed to get enough shots that were usable to bore your nipples off.
I'd prefer you to bore some of my adipose tissue off, please. This shot works well with the excellent contrast between the light and colourful (almost) rectangle and the dark shades of the wall behind.

@golftragic Thanks very much - I could do with losing some adipose tissue as well.

Cool. I like it. Can't wait to see the rest of them. Poor old Patea. Wonder if they still have a Maori Club?
July 2nd, 2016
@katrinanz They do still have the Maori Club, and a Poi E shop as well...they're trying, they really are

That pop of selective colour in the daylight really makes this image.
What is a freezing works?
July 4th, 2016
@bill_fe Thanks very much - a freezing works is what us colonials call a meat works, or an abbatoir
July 5th, 2016
@graemestevens Ah, that would explain the changing table. :)
July 5th, 2016
@bill_fe And apparently all new deep fryers are designed to fit babies in...

July 6th, 2016
@psychographer I'm not a big fan of SC under normal circumstances but in this case it was the only thing that worked.
