I once again found myself beyond the confines of civilisation, evading the siren call of the Greater Mulleted Redneck to get this shot. Luckily the new camera has a "foldy-outy" screen so I no longer have to bend over or lie prone to get this kind of shot, thus preserving not only my dignity but also the untainted and unblemished virtue of my nether-regions.
I am a confirmed and certifiable nutbar with a penchant for skulls, bones, blood, guts, fire and anything slightly peculiar and mostly bizarre. I also...
@brigette Indeed. No one needs that in their life. @hrb73 Thank very much :) @byrdlip It's mind blowing stuff - who knows what they'll think of next... @bill_fe I take great pride in my ability to protect my wear with all. @sarasotab Most definitely, now I don;t have to creak and groan quite so much. @not_left_handed Thank you very much :) @gamelee Thank you kindly, always appreciated. @suzanne234 Good lord no, you never what they'll try @hrs Thanks very much :) @jgpittenger I'm almost positive that I would have heard it coming. And the train as well. @linnypinny Thank you, pleased to have been of assistance. @30pics4jackiesdiamond My clothing bill has been dramatically reduced. @redy4et Thanks very much - we seem to be getting on just fine. No major arguments yet. @joansmor Thank you very much :)
Oh ... a foldy-outy thing ....I need one of those. Oh - wait ....I have one, actually several. Never mind. Back to your image - fabulous as always. Love your processing - kind of your trademark look, hmmm? I can say - I knew him when.
I love and hate this. Lots of love for trains in my life lots of sadness though too, and this picture’s moodiness captures both the call to adventure or the darker call to end it all. Not me though, don’t worry. Just lived a long time around trains
@jamibann Thank you very much :) @domenicododaro Thank you kindly :) @nicolecampbell Thank you very much :) @northy Thank you kindly...I should be stopped... @pandorasecho Blimey...and yes, I can understand that @365karly1 I do tend to go for "muted and dull" when I do colour...and thank you :)
both a thought provoking and alluring angle on this one - and all without endangering your dignity. The cross by the track is a notice and not a grave marker I hope?) Great results with the processing.
@helenhall It's definitely a sign...a posted speed limit I believe because those train drivers are hooligans behind the wheel... @juliedduncan Drab tones is how I roll when it comes to colour ;) @novab Thanks very much - it's been a long time ambition to have a "foldy-outy" thingy @lyndamcg It wonderful...a thing of beauty even ;) @hermann Thanks very much :)
