April vacation so we are taking a family road trip to Gettysburg PA. My husband went to college there and had passed this mysterious attraction in good old Shartlesville PA. a million times without stopping to see what it was all about. We decided to investigate it with the boys and it was just fantastic! It was basically a gigantic diorama, complete with trains, trolleys, topography and lots of buttons for the boys to push to make things go. And the whole show started with Patriotic tunes along side a glowing picture of Jesus and the American flag. How could you go wrong?! It was a little too dark inside for any really good shots but maybe if you're lucky, I'll share one of the giant scary Amish couple, uh, statue? that was in the parking lot... It has to be seen to be believed!! ;-)
