I went on the Walk For Tabita this afternoon; a 5 mile sponsored walk organised by VSO in support of womens' health worldwide. It was the most beautiful spring afternoon and I had 4 good friends to chat to as we walked along. The walk followed the river from Cambridge to Fen Ditton; the river was full of rowing teams, their coaches cycling furiously along the tow-path yelling instructions. Balloons were tied along the route to show us the way. I loved the cheerfulness of this one tied to a sedge stem on the way back across the fields.
