When the Sugar Maplesap starts to run, these buckets are put on and the sap is gathered up and boiled. Then lots and lots of people go with their families and their offices or their bowling clubs , their gang of friends, whatever and you go and eat at the Cabane a Sucre, Everything is smothered in fresh maple syrup. Eggs and ham and crispy pork rinds and all kinds of food.Then later you get dessert. We will get to that later.

@digitalrn Really good, then you are stuffed, and have to take a horse drawn ride with a ton of other people, then a long walk in the woods... endless fun, then talk politics and weather. Two endless subjects.And then desert!
