An uninspired end, to an uninspired week.
I was planning a very different shot tonight to mark my first month with the behemoth that is the 7D, but I'm just too tired - so here are some bees (or possibly wasps knowing me) that I snapped at lunch time. Here's hoping for a better week, next week.
Have a good weekend.
It must be one of those weeks, as I've been feeling the same.....next week is a new week. Lovely collection....the colours are so pretty! Have a great weekend! :-)
I think these are all bees, but I may be wrong. I really like how natural these shots look. I have spent so long beside flowers and bushes waiting for bees, or waiting for bees to pose the way I want them to. I must have taken thousands of pictures of them over the last few years for about three that are worth anything.
Hi Humphrey - just wanted to let you know that having followed the link from your BB gun/wine glass shot I've just spent nearly an hour looking through the first 250 or so other images you have there. You are a VERY talented photographer :)) I especially liked the suspension bridge cables, Prestatyn sands, Southwold to Sizewell and Bournemouth beach huts. Can't believe you had to fake Welsh rain! Hope you enjoyed NZ - my middle son lives in Queenstown.
It looks like most of your best images go on the other site so thanks for providing the link, I really enjoyed looking. Cheers, Mick

We loved NZ. That was our 2nd visit & we'd love to go again.
