We were so fortunate to get a hotel room with a view of Niagara Falls. The secret to getting one at a good price is to book it at least six months in advance! Here the night light colors have begun, so everything looks blue before it turns red or white or green. What I like best about this photo is the reflection of the pillows on the bed. This concludes my series on our trip to New York and Canada. Thanks so much for your patience in following along. Out of 1500 pictures, Charlie and I have posted 30. He gets the last word on the subject—please follow this link to enjoy the grand finale! https://365project.org/bigdad/365/2017-08-31
Not sure if you got to see the fireworks...I think they were evening of the 18th and we didn't stay up late enough the other weekend evenings to see if they had more...but they would have been right outside your window.
@dbj_365 When we made our reservations last winter, fireworks were scheduled for Sundays, but when summer came, Sunday became a day off, so we did not see them. :(
What a beautiful scene, Jane! I'm delighted to see you back with the 365 Project. I've missed you and Manny! Here's to many beautiful photos in the future!

Many thanks for commenting on this photo of Niagara Falls from our hotel window. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation as much as we hoped that we would, and it's always nice to be back home too.
