There was a display of details from the frescos on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel at our local mall and we met some friends for lunch and then went over to view the display (I was fortunate enough to see the original in person in the Vatican in 2000).
Large (10' x 10') photo displays were set up and you could walk through the display with an audio tour talking about each of the frescos and the story behind what they represent. The exhibit was a reminder what an amazing endeavor and masterpiece this ceiling is and the artistic innovations as well as the conditions that Michelangelo had to endure to accomplish this.
I cropped this detail which of course is from "The Creation of Adam", probably the single most iconic image in the history of art.
