@Weezilou I used a freeware Windows program called Fotografix Portable v1.5, using its "Solarize" Effect, to get this look. If you go to portableapps.com, look under the image manipulation section you can find the program. It is a pretty small program.
@cejaanderson@mcrt@susale Thanks. I was very busy yesterday & did not take any photos better than this one; I altered it because it wasn't much to look at without doing SOMETHING to it.
