One of the mums at the school saw me with my camera and asked if I was a photographer. I'm always a bit hesitant when someone asks me that as I see myself as a graphic designer first and a photographer...well...maybe second, or third or maybe even fourth. I still feel like a bit of a fraud though. I do sometimes make money from taking photos and I always shoot in manual but it's still not altogether intuitive with me and the settings. I still fumble a bit but I normally get it right in the end. The mum mentioned that she has a dslr camera of her own and that she always shoots on auto mode. She asked me if I teach photography. "Not really," I say, "I'm still learning myself".
Great iphone close up! I really don't like being asked that question, if I say yes I feel like a fraud (I'm still learning too!), but if I say no, it feels wrong too!
