Today some great friends and my family ran/walked a 5k to raise money for Lung Cancer Research. We had a beautiful day for it, maybe a little humid but it was wonderful. Mom would have been proud......
My son even came in third in his age group and got a medal for a time of 34 minutes. Not bad for his first ever 5k.
