okay well first I took a bunch of crap shots of my eye lol interestingly enough this one was not in super good focus, but I guess I made it work. First I put it all in black and white...then I used the tint-effect on picnik.com to do all the coloring...with a combination of Boost and shadow adjustment on picasa. I think that's it lol
