An awesome drive through the Hurunui hinterland to Lake Taylor. This was on the way back and I just had to say STOP to the driver. Fortunately he obeyed my command. He is good like that sometimes. I'm not sure about that fencepost in the foreground although I liked it at the time.
@happypat It sure is and also quite unpredictable with the weather! We are now in Hanmer Springs awaiting the snow's arrival. The mountains look a little different here with a sprinkling of snow we can just see through the rain. Fun times.
