I spend so much time walking on the ocean beaches that I sometimes forget how beautiful the ponds are on Cape Cod. We have hundreds of kettle ponds formed when the glaciers traveled across our land long, long ago.
This is Seymore Pond in Harwich. I've driven by it a million times, but never actually taken a walk here before.

ever since I have started 365 I've gone places and done things I wouldn't have done before just to take a photo - i've also explored places around my city most people haven't seen, all in the hopes for a nice photo op

I love all the white space in this photo--it makes it that much more interesting looking. I have yet to make it up that way--the more phtoos I see, the more I want to take a trip some time
