Rosellas

I took this photo this afternoon.
These rosellas were being fed by a permanent in the caravan park & I could not resist taking this shot.
They are so colourful & not afraid of people.
It has been a wet, dull day here.
We had a fine New Year's Eve though which was wonderful.

They're Rainbow Lorikeets and Scaliback Lorikeets. We have a few of each in the unit complex; and boy! Do they fight! :D

Great shots, we rarely see the scaley breasted lorikeets here, and when they do turn up, the rainbows constantly pick on them.
