My contribution to Easter dinner tomorrow. I usually make this in the oven, but since dinner will be served shortly after Marvin and I arrive, I am going to try it in the crockpot so it can cook while we are at church and be ready when we get to Kermit & Jo's. Hopefully it will be just as tasty this way! :)

Corn State Broccoli Bake
SERVINGS: 6-8
TIME: Prep: 10 min. Bake: 25 min.
Ingredients:
* 1 package (8 ounces) Chicken in a Biskit crackers, crushed
* 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
* 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed (I didn't get chopped so I will chop it myself this morning)
* 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
* 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
Directions:
Combine cracker crumbs and butter; reserve 1/2 cup for topping. In a bowl, combine broccoli, both cans of corn and remaining crumbs. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 6-8 servings.
For the crock pot I will either toast the reserved crumb mix and put it on just before we eat, or not toast it and do the same! :) @peterdegraaff
