@ilovelenses Churros are made of fried dough. The dough only has flour, water and a pinch of salt (equal parts of water and flour) and it's fried in olive oil until golden and crispy. Then you sprinkle some sugar on them, before you dip them in hot chocolate, and eat them while still hot. Not the most nutritious of foods, but absolutely delicious on cold days!
