Breakfast This Morning

This morning, I thought to be creative and make myself some pancakes... yummo! Truthfully, I thought I had some organic maple syrup; but I didn't. So, I settled on some organic honey, raw sugar and cranberries! Delish!

It was a difference to my usual breakfast of porridge with cranberries cooked into it... but then, a difference is just as good as a holiday.

But boy! Did I make a mess! :D

@digitalrn Well... for once they didn't look like black fris-bees... and the smoke alarm didn't go off! So that says something about my cooking skills with pancakes this time around. :D

And they did taste pretty good! :D

@BevAnneS hahahaaa. I bet! This morning, I noticed that I had to wiped off the fish tank from egg white and sugar... oops! Yep, me mess got onto them too! :P
