Dragonfly Leadlight Lamp

On Monday I saw one of the ladies a my craft group brought in this lamp to give away. Well, I jumped in and said I'd take it! It's a very old-fashioned lamp which I really do love... and Dad asked me not to try it out in case the wiring isn't all good; which I understand, and will wait until he gets home from holidays to look at for me.

But isn't it gorgeous?

@digitalrn @mozette @wendyfrost Thank you all for your lovely comments. I'm hoping to have a few lamps around my house to use instead of the overhead light - so save on electricity. My power bill is low, but I want it to be lower... so I can save money for other things - like my gas bill.
