Reflected

Thank you all for your lovely comments and visits the last few days. Much appreciated. Life bit hectic getting used to being tied to the village for school pick up times so not much time to get out anywhere with camera. So thought I'd share a reflection picture for the b and w fortnight from the start of the year. This was taken in January this year, for my first weekend of homework for a short Introduction to Photography course I did. The first homework was portraits. I was frankly terrified knowing we had to show our results to the rest of the class the following week.. I didn't have a clue. I just knew I needed more than a point and shoot shot that I'd been doing for years. Whilst we waited for daddy to get ready so we could go for a walk I took some of the boys in the kitchen. This was one of the first I took, it hooked me, I thought yes, yes, yes I may have found something I love... and so began my love affair with photography.

what a cutie and gorgeous reflection
also - don't ever be afraid or terrified or whatever to share your images - there will always be those who love them and those who don't - as long as they make you happy who cares?

Cute shot and love his expression in the reflection. And like others have said it is really nice to be able to link this photo to the beginning of your passion for photography.
