There was a small exhibition in Hereford cathedral showing portraits of an old lady done in tapestry yarn.
The art is by Jenni Dutton and shows her mother through the stages of her dementia.
I liked this one of her mother as a young girl as she had left the yarn hanging to make nice shadowy patterns.
