from below. I had to lean back and steady myself, because it is dizzying to look up. Viewed on black, you can see the tiny square windows at the top. When you travel up inside, there is a visitors gallery inside the tip of the arch, from which you can see for miles from all sides. Another beautiful day in the midwest, but... winter is coming.

Super shot and great POV. I went up the arch when I visited St. Louis in late August, amazing views. My shots from the ground were not as good as this though, it was one of those days with flat grey skies.
Before I read your write up my first reaction was goodness this makes me dizzy so I can understand what you are saying. Super pov, very effective shot.
