This lady was photographing on her phone in the Tuileries gardens while her little pooch was facing off all manner of other dogs.

Todays Advent calendar task
December 16th: Set something to record (on SKY TV) that all the family can watch. There is a programme on tomorrow on SKY Arts about the album the Joshua Tree, which is one of my all time faves. Job done!!
A busy week ahead of visiting clients with their Christmas presents and a few nights out and in with friends. Rather remarkably (for me) I have wrapped all Rebecca's Christmas pressies and bought the kids theirs, I am so ahead of the curve that I am convinced I have forgotten something!!
Lovely Sean - I do that too, I lull myself into a false sense of security after a cracking start, then panic a week before Christmas! It wouldn't be the same any other way!
There is something about this young lady and her dog that is amusing, and I can't quite put my finger on it. Does "awkwardly stylish" make sense? I like this one.
Another wonderful shot Sean, "awkwardly stylish" is a perfect description. @rvwalker
Christmas pressies done already? I'm nowhere near and I've already missed the last post for the middle son in France :(
Great composition and tones, I love the perspective provided by the line of trees.
Funny how little dogs are so fearless in the face of the bigger ones ; I had a miniature dachs that saw off a boxer!
Very fun series. I am really enjoying your Advent calendar notes, too. I was just telling a friend about them the other day. We both love the idea and will borrow for next year. Thanks to you and Mrs. O'Neill for the inspiration!
I look forward to seeing any other shots you may add to that tag too.
love it such a great shot
The Joshua Tree has to be one of the best albums of all time.
