Creeping Phlox by shesnapped

Creeping Phlox

Except it's not creeping. Because it's still in the pot. The pot I brought it home in last summer. Dh says this year I can't buy anything until the last thing I bought has been put in the ground. Hmph!

My Get Pushed challenge this week is to take and upload a shot every day. So this is a quickie because I'm heading south on Thursday to spend the weekend with the grandbabies, so working late today and tomorrow. And of course, those precious little people are what caused me to get out of the habit of everyday anyway... CAN'T WAIT FOR THURSDAY!!!!
@ludgate Day 2!

@peterlgrave Peter, when we first moved to this state a little over 10 years ago, we rented for the first two years before we decided to stay for sure. And since we were renting, I did all my gardening in pots. When we bought our house, I moved over 100 pots. No kidding.

@ludgate Haha Megan! I probably have a thousand pics of the little people in their short 3 1/2 months that they've been here! The issue with that is PROCESSING all of them! (One of the downfalls of shooting in raw!)

Such passionate pinks against the dark of the background. You're in for a wonderful weekend, getting to spend it with the twins. No need to say "Have fun!' — I know you will.
