The UGA School of Law was founded in 1859. Its current home is Hirsch Hall, built in 1932 and located adjacent to the main library (which can be seen on the left side of this image). A major expansion to Hirsch Hall took place in 1967. The UGA School of Law is one of the top ranked law schools in the United States. This is where I attended law school, and one of the reasons I went here is its location on beautiful North Campus. Next stop: the law library. Best viewed large.
Gorgeous scene. I like this court yard style. How cool that you still have a soft spot for your Uni. After having worked at the one I graduated at for 25 years now some days thats hard!
Man it's so pretty and green there. Looks like a gorgeous campus. I loved my college campus, too. All the brick and stately trees. Can't wait to see the library...
Really pretty scene of that beautiful UGA campus, Danny! I love the old buildings and all the trees. There used to be a yearly Harriette Austin Writers Conference (17 to be exact) at the UGA Continuing Education Center and I've been wanting to go back again some day but I see they're not having them any longer. The on campus hotel in the same bldg I believe was really nice. The chef at the restaurant sent me one his recipes for pistachio crusted salmon, which I still make today :-)
