We have lost culturally one of our most favorite pastimes. The postcard used to be sent as a way to signify we were on vacation. A connection with others. Society connects in other ways now and as bit of nostalgia fills the air. a few years ago, i joined "postcrossing" a free cultural exchange program of trading postcards via international post. What was lost then becomes a part of history today. Thus, today's pic to honor the "picture postcard."
