dining out ... or dining in ?

The onion rings are baked in my oven at home, the restaurants fry all their foods like onion rings in all that grease. So, dining in... does not bother me so much.
I reside within an American buffet - if you will- of restaurants all located only 1-2 miles down the road.
It's all those big box shopping stores, malls, food courts, and casual dining restaurants nearby. Consumerism at it's best.

We are all consumers, it is when we use good judgement in what we buy that our economic diet becomes healthy again.
