Chilly start to a new year

Brand new year, brand new start. Happy New Year to all of you!

I spent my New Year´s Eve at the same place as I did last year so I thought it would be cool to take a pic in the same spot I did exactly a year ago -quite a different scene than last year http://365project.org/susale/365/2015-01-01

It was as grey and depressing scene so had to enhance it a bit -yeah it may got a bit out of hand, as usually ;-)

It´s also the same little island as in here http://365project.org/susale/365/2015-10-26
Icy...so frigid and cool looking. Happy New Year! :-)

@derekvickers Well that remains to be seen, too early to say yet what I´ll do in a year from now but I will most definitely be visiting this place next summer.

Love the blue mono and the trompe l'oeil effect created by the sheets of ice.

@dulciknit Thank you Alison for all of your comments, always very much appreaciated. I was drawn to the ice but needed to enhance the effect by processing to get the effect I felt it had in real but went a bit overboard with it :)
