Yesterday's sunset took me back to my youth when I recited Gerard Manley Hopkin's poem "God's Grandeur' for an exam...
"The world is charged with the grandeur of God.
It will flame out, like shining from shook foil; "
I am continually in awe of how our minds work. As Mum gradually became a victim of dementia, she began to recite poems she'd learnt as a child at school. I hope my flashback yesterday was not an early warning sign!
Just looking at your sunning photo, God's Grandeur comes to mind.
