Maggie, otherwise known as Marlboromaam (@marlboromaam) had this on for her April 19 shot, along with the recipe...I love to cook and so last night, my son and his family came up and this is what I made for dinner. It was a hit! They could not figure out why I didn't put in any vegetables, but I told them to just try it this way and see what they thought. I served it along with Coconut Rice, a green salad and pupusas. Pupusas are a recipe I learned from El Salvador. They are handmade tortillas stuffed (before you cook them) with cream cheese, mozzarella and re-fried beans. What an awesome meal it was!!! Thanks for the soup recipe, Maggie!!!

@marlboromaam I got the salsa the other day at the store but they didn't have any roasted chickens. I can't wait to try it especially after both of your yummy shots! Well done Vicki!
