Swiftcreek Clouds

While hiking today we noticed these amazing clouds. I've done some research to try and identify them and have had no luck. Any ideas?
What an incredible image of this phenomenon.

Great point of view up through the trees - they are certainly interesting looking clouds - ripples in the sky.

Great image. In Australia we occasionally see wave clouds - not sure if this is the same or not. You can google it anyway.

Hi Karly, how will I ever live up to that reputation haha.I certainly don't profess to know all about clouds but have a love of the magic woven in our skies by the mischievous sprites and I belong to the Cloud Appreciation Society. If you view my project I have an Album dedicated to clouds and if no clouds the effect of natural lighting on our world.
I love this image and it looks like an Altocumulus Undulatus formation. Worth a google to understand the physics of how it is formed or alternatively just admire the ephemeral beauty of the clouds. Fave and follow Xx

@hermann Thank you so much! Your are absolutely correct - these are Altocumulus Undulatus clouds! I googled it and there were several images just like mine. I really appreciate you sharing your expertise. I will look at your cloud album next. Thank you for the fav and follow. Following back:)
