Beautiful Sunset as I drove home from work. Couldn't help but try to take a quick pic with my cell.

1. Beautiful Sunset
2. Delicious Salad (even if it was 430 cal)
3. Sweet thank you note from my neighbor (I gave her the food when my friend changed her mind)
430 delicious nutritious calories should rank differently. And a snack will bolster your mood and your metabolism. Thanks for the pep talk. This is a pretty shot!!!!
