My apologies Wendy I nearly through my camera away however it's not the camera no more needs to be said
Are you trying panning? I would sit in a park where I could see cars on the highway and just practice shot after shot (thankgoodness you can just delete without film.) Now I was a little distance off and that might make it easier. They were traveling at 60 miles an hour and I would pick a car and just sweep my camera along with the movement. My guess is that closer and slower makes it harder. But maybe you aren't even doing panning.
Hi, Dawn, can you set your camera manually? The shutter speed in this image is too quick, a setting of 1/40 or lower will give you the blur when you move your camera. You also will need to adjust the aperture so your images are too blown out. Choosing a subject that is stationery is a bit easier. The palm leaves in this shot would be great to try it on, I searched the icm pics on here, check out their exif info to give you an idea where to start from. https://365project.org/tags/icm
Will follow Joan's info
