We had to travel to Whangarei yesterday as I had an appt at the hospital
It was a dreadful drive the rain so heavy wipers really couldn’t keep up vehicles caught in flood water with lots of flooding all this pales into insignificance as a group of boys and 2 teachers went to Abbey caves and one boys body was found early this morning feel very sad for his parents and extended family .
Now an investigation is to start as all knew of the weather descending on Northland and caves are prone to flooding .😢😢😢
Fabulous collage of your horrible weather. How sad to hear about the boy. Lost in all of that is why you had an appointment at the hospital. I hope it was just for a routine check up.
@grammyn Thanking you Katy I wish it’s a little more complex I have a all sorts of vague issues but it’s all down to the parathyroid glands flaring up so at mo are now waiting for a CT Scan to see where to next

Really great collage. So sorry about the boy, my goodness! I have a close friend who had one of her para thyroid glands removed last month. She said she feels better than she has in a long time. I hope your issues are resolved soon.
Tragic school trip. Sounds like it should have been abandoned!
