The owners of this dog really upset me it was allowed to roam freely we saw it have a go an a smaller dog twice in this picture the dog was watching a couple on the beach with two very small girls dogs one was 17yrs old I asked the owner to tie it up but to no avail.
Some people are thoughtless aren't they. We have dog beaches here, but dog owners always want to walk their dogs on beaches where dogs aren't allowed. I get ropable on that one.
Your collage and narrative tell a distressing story, Dawn. We are having a similar issue with dogs running free in parks. Attacks happen (dog-dog / dog-human).
