Spotted this possum in roof rafters early last evening , they are a problem here in NZ, however in Australia are a protected species.
He has picked up a small cobweb on right eye .
@overalvandaan n one night 35 million possums chomp their way through nearly 12,000 tonnes of vegetation! Thats how many we have! No predators here as there are in Australia. They are noisy creatures and slide down roofs at night!
Whether a problem or not to an outsider in all this , he looks such an adorable little boy with his large ears and eyes , pink nose and a grin on his face - such a cheeky chappie ! -- great shot -- fav
