Some of you may recall that Ken and I love playing Scrabble, and our friends do, too! One of the bars along the promenade was a quiet place for a game and an accompanying drink in the afternoon. On this particular day, however, Cinco de Mayo, there was a band just outside and the aisles were filled with dancing. The photo looks subdued, but it was festive just over our shoulders!
What fun! My daughter would love this idea - she loves Scrabble and we don't feed her addiction nearly as often as she'd like. :) Sounds like a great day!

@bruni We sailed from Puerto Rico to Malaga, Spain with a number of stops on both sides of the Atlantic. I know you must have had great fun sailing with your daughter as it's fun traveling with people you already know!
I love Scrabble too! I wanted to play it in the winter just to discover that I had left it in our popup camper because we love to take it camping with us. I sure have missed your wonderful photos! Thank you so much for your recent comments :-). I am so happy that my butterfly season has begun. I have just harvested my first 21 eggs but none have hatched yet. I've picked out this year's "Doodle" and I hope it goes as well as it did last year.
