Grow Where You Are Planted

In the tiny community of Blockhouse (outside of Lunenburg) this quirky little house has been a constant favorite of mine. What a compliment the sunflowers are when they bloom each year! It was my good fortune to pass by when the light was perfect, and “stitching” a series together gives it a sense of place. Welcome to rural Nova Scotia!
Oh what a sweet place, perfect with the sunflowers.

@digitalrn We've had a wonderful summer...just haven't spent a lot of time at the computer. I'll drop some past-due photos into some of the slots and try to pick up again for awhile at least! Our little Ashton is precious and growing like a weed! We'll be in Chicago Oct 16th to celebrate his first birthday. Thanks for your note!
