The last few days have been nothing short of spectacular! Lunenburg should insist that the Tall Ships never leave! The waterfront is bustling with people, cameramen and reporters, people in period costume, and music fills the air. We've run into friends and neighbours, chatted with people at adjoining tables while we wait for a meal, visited with people from far flung locales and met ship's crew members with interesting stories to tell.
I've hardly had time at home, and I've got no time at the computer. It's 2:40 AM and I found a few minutes to post a picture before we head out in the morning to watch the ships as they leave port. The rest of the day will be full, too. I have a wealth of opportunities to take pictures and no time to post them. Bear with me, and thanks for all the kind words!
@sailingmusic I have at least 700 photos of the ships...all I need is time at home to sort through them! Like you, they gave me so much pleasure and were a joy to see!
Most people would consider your life style an awful lot like work! But I know you love every minute of it. Great capture of a beautiful scene. Love the sky and the ship,
@allie912 Well, yes, compared to my lazy life back in CA!! And YES, it doesn't matter that I'm up until all hours trying to catch up! We love our full days up here! It's going too fast and I'm loving every minute!
