The night we arrived home from a cruise, we got a message that our daughter was in labor and could we come look after Ashton. We unpacked, did laundry, repacked, slept and were on the road 12 hours later. Dylan arrived Sunday night, and we're spending the week with the family.
With both vacation and a new grandson, I've got hundreds of photos but haven't had time to post them! Life's been really good lately!

@aglennc We went from San Diego to Vancouver where we stayed a couple days before flying home. No one expected the baby to arrive before mid-May, so what a surprise!
@Weezilou No wonder you didn't worry about taking a cruise now with baby not due till mid May. Babies do things on their one schedule right from the start, don't they?! Expect to see more pictures as these two little guys grow!!!! ..... Friends of ours returned a week ago from the SD to Vancouver trip and said they were never so cold, the ship was several hours late into Victoria because of winds......Had to laugh. He had a great time. She...... not so much! Too cold, she said.
Wow, what a wonderful trip and now another Grandbaby! How exciting. Congratulations to everyone, and I'm sure Ashton will be the greatest big Brother. What a wonderful photo to capture his big smile and excitement.

Congratulations Louise, how happy you must be with a new addition to your family. My how Ashton has grown - especially when you see how small Dylan is.
Oh my gosh...I missed this in April!!! Congratulations to you and your family, Louise!!! Dylan is an absolute little angel! And darling Ashton looks completely thrilled with the new addition. What fun you must be having with these two precious boys!
@peggysirk Hi Peggy! Good to see you, too! We've had wonderful visits with the boys, both up the CA coast to their home & they visited us in NS this year. Having raised two girls, it's a whole new ball game to little boys in the house! I'm loving it!
