This community is forever supportive, cheering on our best efforts, and always finding something nice to say when a current photo least deserves it. After a brief slump, I found inspiration in the photo Lyn @lynnz posted last night, her beautiful pastels and an expression for her love of pink. I told her I would come up with something today based on what I saw.
This wasn't what I originally had in mind last night...
We began with Ken photographing me feeding Frosty atop the wall. When she'd run off, I'd work on staging the area for a better photo, starting with one camellia, blooming nearby. *Pink*! And so I picked more... As I put them together, I realized I'd first asked Joce @jocee about her staging to get gorgeous photos of the birds...and she encouraged me to try it... I thought of those two as this was coming together, and then I remembered that last night Richard @chard called Frosty "A Star". So Richard, for you, *Stars*!
For all of you who say she's cute and that you want to hug her (Emilie @teiko :) a *Huge* thank you! She would love you back, too...she seems to love everyone!
Ha ha ha! Louise, I was just browsing the latest page and I saw the thumbnail pic of a squirrel and my first thought was "Louise should see this one..." And lo and behold - it was yours! I hope you don't mind, but this just made my night. I love it. How can you go wrong with a pink sparkly squirrel?! ;-)

We have interstates closed here tonight because of zero visibility due to blowing snow, and schools have been cancelled the last two days because of frigid temperatures and high winds. I just love it. Not!
@creativeaddict is so right, there's something about this community that lifts you up, cheers you on and keeps you going. I love the shot and would dearly like to be able to do something like that.
I am a "pink" person and also enjoyed Lynn's photo. Yours is so beautifully staged and I give it a fav. Frosty is a joy to behold. Wish our squirrels were like that.
Sorry, had to go out to a school and have just finished supper. I love the picture and think it is great the way you've responded to the work of another member of 365.

Frosty is such a lucky squirrel! I always love your collection of friends and the extra twinkle they put in the day. I may not always get to comment but I love seeing what everyone has been up to!
