This day was truly an amazing Gift! Ken and I spent the afternoon at the beach with two cameras, swapping them from time to time. In three hours, until after sunset/moon rise, we took over 1000 photos of this exquisite beach. I've only had time to look at a hand-full, but I'll go with a few that stood out. This is Ken's. He's really been working on composition and thinking about the picture before he takes it. I love this one and hope you will, too.
How wonderful is that?! I definitely love it. The two birds in the foreground, and the couple in the further distance are in a great position on the photograph. I love where the tide is too. Really nice - fav for Ken!
@jamibann Thanks, Issi. He's turned in for the night & doesn't know how much I like the day's shoot. What a nice surprise this will be for him in the morning. I usually only have him doing the heavy lifting, but he got his merit badge today IMHO!
@jamibann again thanks! I looked at it awhile and when this came to mind, I do believe it was a gift to be accepted... This is not a typical beach scene...and certainly not in Southern California!
