(I think I've used that title before, but it fits...)
Anita Campbell said that Gena Peg had challenged her to three days of landscapes...tag three more people and pass it on... *Pyramid Scheme*! With it came the caveat that we could post a photo from any day, so I'll gladly go with it since I'm back home in the suburbs! As of this afternoon, I no longer even have a backyard! I'll post that photo, too...a change is underway!
I digress! What I loved about taking this photo was that the sun had just finished setting, but the colors over the ocean were gorgeous. A young lady walked up to me and asked what I was photographing. I showed her the picture, and it seemed the first moment she was aware of the moon rising and the beautiful colors in that direction! She said she had to see because she was curious as to why I had my back to the sunset! Every good photographer knows that if the scene is beautiful in one direction, have a look behind you and see what else might be happening. I was glad I could share all that with her, and yes, we had a nice conversation as well!

I almost took the exact opposite of this shot this morning as the moon was going down in front of me and the sun was rising behind me. I would have gotten it if it wouldn't have made me late for work.
@Weezilou Kids inheritance?? Yep! We have been spending theirs too..... Love cruising and RVing! What are you doing now?...... And where is Frosty getting all his peanuts?
Beautiful, and good on ya for turning around to see it. I just wish that it was super sharp. I kind of like the blurred edge, but then I decided, nope, I want to see it sharp. But, I love it.

Thanks for the suggestion about landscapes...I'll be lucky to have animals even show up in the yard for another week!
