I've been asked for evidence that Buttercup, our Nova Scotia kitty whom I brought back to California, is acclimating to her new home. I'd say she's settled in very well, though she's yet to go out sunbathing poolside
So lovely to see Buttercup having a cuddle with you! I am so pleased she made it to SC with you this year! Such a relief to know she won’t be spending any more Lunenburg winters fending for herself! Fav!
@parisouailleurs Thanks for the lovely compliment! I most fortunate that cats will gravitate to me; they're good company ♥
@annied It took her about a week to stop hissing at the other cats (that included two that my daughter had here with her as well!)... We left her alone to adapt herself, and now she's "just one of the crowd" under our roof here!
@pamknowler I knew you'd like that! Before dinner my stomach was "a little" off so I lay down and she got straight up to join me as you see here! She slipped outside as I was feeding the squirrel this morning, but I brought her back in... I need time to sit out there with her and make sure she doesn't try to explore too far-afield!
@cross62 She fussed for an hour car-ride to the airport, but settled down after that, so I didn't give her meds.... Between Boston and Ca they allowed me to let her out and hold her...she couldn't have been happier about that! She's old, so I wanted to bring her somewhere warm & she wouldn't have to fend for herself.
