VPL

The Vancouver Public Library's central branch. The building opened in 1995 and is the second largest library in Canada.

Fans of sci-fi shows such as Battlestar Galactica, Caprica and Fringe may find it looks strangely familiar... as testament to its sci-fi heritage, I've given this a bit of a grittier, textured feel in post-processing, along with emphasising the natural blue colours in the sky late at night.
