Blvd Skateshop

Photowalk day again today, this time we went to Commercial Drive. These walks are a good chance to explore different areas of the city (and to chat to fellow photographers). However, street photography is not really my thing, so I tend to be rather uninspired when it comes to actually taking shots.

This is Blvd Skateshop on Commercial Drive and East 4th Avenue. Commercial Drive has a number of smaller, independent shops like this. The late afternoon sun was behind some hazy clouds, and gave a warm, diffuse light to the south side of the building.

I used f/16 to slow the shutter speed down enough to get some motion in the pedestrians.
