The Widcombe Artist...

Driving along in Bath today and viewed this artist on the pavement near the roundabout at the bottom of Widcombe Hill in Bath.

So I had to stop and see what he was up to..and here it is on canvas..

The view is towards Claverton Street - Bath which you can see in the background.
