Here is my farewell (for this trip) to Cornwall - having come back today from my short break.
My shot is of an artist painting one of the mine engines in the Botallack mining district.
Mine Engines are (for me) one of the iconic symbols of Cornwall, now deemed quite romantic (especially at sunrise & sunset), but in their hey-day areas of hard & unforgiving work where man & boy laboured to barely make a living.
