'The Fall and The Fallen'

Driving back from Bath pulled off for a break in the village of Ditteridge, before Box.

My shot is of the autumnal leaves set behind the war memorial in the village.

It has reminded me again that we are in the fall (as it called in the USA I believe) and it is at this time of year we remember in a special way those who have fallen on our behalf for freedom... hence my title 'The Fall and the Fallen'
