Trevellas

Part of the valley at Trevallas Cove, near St Agnes in Cornwall.

The whole area around Trevellas and St. Agnes was a mining area for hundreds of years as indicated by the remaining chimneys and engine houses dotting the landscape.

The valley is known as Trevellas Combe or more commonly as 'Blue Hills' which comes from the bluish slate found here.
